Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively demonstrate features and benefits of gadgets and accessories.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation standards.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to organize promotions, in-store events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches to provide expert recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
  • Passion for technology and gadgets with a willingness to learn about new products.
