Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively demonstrate features and benefits of gadgets and accessories.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the team to organize promotions, in-store events, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches to provide expert recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Passion for technology and gadgets with a willingness to learn about new products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, MS Office) and numerical accuracy.
