Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for smartphones and accessories.
- Provide expert technical diagnostics and basic repairs for mobile devices (e.g., screen replacements, battery checks, software troubleshooting).
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Educate customers on product features, promotions, and after-sales services (e.g., warranties, trade-ins).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with the supply chain for stock replenishment.
- Stay updated on the latest smartphone models, industry trends, and competitive products.
- Process transactions, handle cash/credit payments, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to organize in-store promotions and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in mobile/tech products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic technical knowledge of smartphone hardware/software (certification in mobile repair is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in IT/Business is advantageous.
