Responsibility
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various smartphone models, including screen replacements, battery changes, and charging port repairs.
- Perform software troubleshooting, including OS updates, app crashes, and virus removal.
- Follow company SOPs and quality control standards to ensure consistent and reliable repairs.
- Conduct thorough testing of repaired devices to verify functionality before returning them to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service history in the company’s database.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues and repair processes in a clear, non-technical manner.
- Stay updated with the latest smartphone technologies, repair techniques, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the team to manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in smartphone repair or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware (e.g., displays, batteries, cameras) and software (Android/iOS).
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair equipment (e.g., soldering stations, multimeters).
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and service manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) to interact with customers and team members.
- Certification in mobile device repair (e.g., from Apple, Samsung, or other manufacturers) is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
