Responsibility
- Assist customers in selecting smartphones based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits to drive sales conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for smartphone units and accessories.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest smartphone models, promotions, and industry trends.
- Process transactions, handle cash/credit payments, and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Provide post-sale support, including warranty explanations, troubleshooting, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team to create an engaging in-store experience with displays and promotions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or smartphones.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Passion for technology and a willingness to learn about new smartphone features.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or tech are a plus.
- Fluency in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
