Responsibility
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and purchases in a friendly, knowledgeable manner.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Xiaomi’s product portfolio, including smartphones, wearables, and IoT devices, to provide accurate recommendations.
- Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales goals by identifying customer needs and promoting upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and brand satisfaction.
- Store Operations: Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized retail space.
- Promotions & Events: Participate in in-store promotions, product launches, and community events to boost brand visibility.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to management to improve products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with store staff to create a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (preferably in electronics or tech retail).
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Passion for technology and a quick learner of new products and features.
- Sales-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-Centric: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Bali’s retail market and tourist demographics is advantageous.
