Responsibility
- Engage with customers warmly to understand their needs and provide expert product recommendations.
- Drive store performance by actively working to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including product displays and inventory organization.
- Provide detailed demonstrations of features and benefits for various electrical appliances and gadgets.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Assist with daily operational tasks, including stock replenishment and processing customer transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product launches and promotional campaigns to share with customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine interest in consumer electronics.
- Ability to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy for processing sales transactions.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in English or other local dialects is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team environment.
