Responsibility
- Assist customers with their purchases, providing product information and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Restock merchandise and ensure that products are displayed attractively and in accordance with company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and escalate issues to the management team when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in inventory management, including stocktaking and reporting discrepancies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Basic numeracy skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and during peak hours as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform tasks that require bending and reaching.
