Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting clients with product inquiries and purchases
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively promote features and benefits
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and resolve them promptly
- Participate in inventory management, including stocking and restocking merchandise
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, email, etc.)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
