Responsibility
- Assist in managing and nurturing B2B MRO sales leads to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize processes and improve performance.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the MRO industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
