Responsibility
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets by providing administrative and operational support.
- Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order processing to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the health and wellness sector.
- Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, events, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for health and wellness, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
