Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or supply needs to the management team.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service, including handling returns or exchanges when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including seasonal fruits, pricing, and promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferably in FMCG or fresh produce).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent in English (additional fluency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus).
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., fruit crates).
- Passionate about health, nutrition, and fresh produce with a willingness to learn.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
