Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide friendly, professional, and prompt customer service at all times.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Uphold company policies on hygiene, safety, and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier, retail, or customer service role (preferred but not required).
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
