Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Pabrik Kebab Nusantara’s product line, including ingredients, benefits, and preparation methods.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail display to attract and retain customers.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure inventory is well-stocked and products are fresh and presented to company standards.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to management to improve product offerings and service.
- Participate in promotional events, tastings, and local marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (food industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about premium food products and their unique selling points.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Passionate about food, health, and delivering a memorable customer experience.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
