Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area to ensure operational efficiency.
- Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies to management.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and restocking as needed.
- Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
