Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking and rotating fresh produce.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or supply needs to the management team.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including seasonal fruits, pricing, and special offers.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and marketing materials to attract customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (fresh produce or grocery industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move products (up to 10-15 kg).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a strong asset.
- Passion for fresh produce, health, and nutrition is a bonus.
