Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance customer engagement.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and report low stock to management promptly.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional campaigns, in-store events, and seasonal displays.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for handling transactions and sales reports.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
