Are you a motivated professional with a passion for sales and logistics? PMFTC is seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant (Driver) to join our high-performing team in Muntinlupa. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our brand, serving as a critical link between our products and our retail partners.
You will be responsible for managing a dedicated sales territory, ensuring the seamless distribution of PMFTC brands. Your primary mission is to maximize product visibility and drive sales growth by executing trade programs effectively while ensuring efficient delivery operations. Responsibility
- Execute daily delivery routes to ensure timely replenishment of products across assigned retail outlets.
- Maximize brand visibility and shelf share within the designated territory through merchandising best practices.
- Implement trade-related programs and marketing initiatives to boost product engagement.
- Maintain accurate sales records and inventory levels for each delivery transaction.
- Build and sustain strong professional relationships with store owners and retail partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular feedback to the sales management team.
- Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the company vehicle and equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, field operations, or direct store delivery (DSD).
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License with clean driving records (Restriction codes 1, 2, 3 preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse retail environments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting rigorous daily targets.
- High school diploma or vocational graduate; college level is an advantage.
- Physical capability to handle light to medium loading and unloading of goods.
- Knowledge of the Muntinlupa and surrounding Metro Manila territory is highly desirable.
