Responsibility
- Assist the store coordinator and supervisor in managing merchandise and inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with purchases.
- Ensure the sales area is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new merchandise shipments.
- Participate in store promotions, sales events, and visual merchandising activities.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for fashion, retail, and customer service.
- Residents of Bali or willing to relocate to the specified areas.
