Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, product demonstrations, and purchases of Digimap/Digiplus services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, promotions, and pricing to provide accurate information.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and ensure all sales records are accurate.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement promotional strategies and in-store marketing activities.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU) or equivalent; diploma/bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic understanding of digital products or mapping services is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a team, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Residents of Bali or willing to relocate to the specified areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
