Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space, including stocking and rotating products.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or supply needs to the management team.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate to supervisors when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations is advantageous.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move products as needed.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or other local languages is a bonus.
