Responsibility
- Assist in daily sales operations, including product merchandising, stock management, and display setups in retail outlets.
- Engage with customers to promote Yakult products, provide product information, and address inquiries professionally.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets by actively participating in promotions and in-store activations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely restocking of products.
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality.
- Maintain accurate sales records, transaction logs, and customer interaction data.
- Collaborate with team members to organize and execute local marketing events and campaigns.
- Uphold company standards for hygiene, product handling, and customer service in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Passion for health and wellness products, with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, inventory software) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned Bali regions as needed.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
