Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain optimal stock.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Implement promotional strategies and in-store marketing initiatives to drive sales.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for retail and a customer-centric mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
