Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence in Bali and beyond.
- Conduct regular client visits to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including retail partnerships and distributor networks.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, or consumer products (minimum 2 years).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
