Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing boutique team to deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Aesopicaâs brand values.
- Oversee daily boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and sales targets.
- Train and coach staff on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and client engagement strategies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an inviting and on-brand boutique atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to boost revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal collections.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols in all boutique activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within luxury retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading teams to exceed performance targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising and inventory management best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for luxury brands and a keen eye for detail in customer service and presentation.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail software.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
