Responsibility
- Safely and efficiently operate a motorcycle or car to deliver goods to customers across designated areas in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of products while adhering to scheduled routes and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts, signatures, and any customer feedback or issues.
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving delivery-related concerns.
- Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations to minimize risks and ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage or loss.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience in a delivery or logistics role, preferably within urban and rural settings.
- Valid driver’s license for motorcycle and/or car, with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet delivery deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 20 kg.
- NBI Clearance or equivalent background check (must be submitted upon hiring).
