Responsibility
- Operational Leadership: Oversee and ensure the smooth daily operations of multiple retail outlets across Bali, maintaining high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a high-performing, motivated team aligned with company values and goals.
- SOP Compliance: Enforce and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistency, quality, and compliance across all locations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, sales targets, and operational metrics, implementing corrective actions where necessary to drive performance.
- Regional Travel: Conduct regular site visits and audits to supervised outlets, providing hands-on support and addressing operational challenges.
- Inventory & Supply Chain: Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely restocking.
- Customer Experience: Champion a customer-first approach, resolving escalations and ensuring a premium in-store experience.
- Reporting & Strategy: Prepare detailed reports for senior management and contribute to strategic planning for regional growth.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams in a multi-outlet environment.
- Operational Knowledge: Deep understanding of retail SOPs, inventory management, and sales optimization.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address operational challenges effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across Baliās key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
