Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their energy needs and recommend suitable solar products.
- Provide detailed information about the features, benefits, and pricing of our solar solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer inquiries, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitive offerings.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
