Responsibility
- Manage and follow up on leads to convert them into appointments and sales.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate and timely information.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and customer follow-ups.

Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
