Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide expert product recommendations and demonstrate features to drive sales targets.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle various payment methods.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and fully stocked.
- Stay up-to-date with current promotions, store policies, and inventory levels.
- Resolve customer inquiries or concerns efficiently to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and receiving new shipments.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; previous experience in retail is highly regarded but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a keen interest in providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting of merchandise.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with operating electronic transaction systems.
