Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive document verification for customer applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Perform risk assessments on sales leads and transactions to identify potential fraud or discrepancies.
- Liaise with customers via phone or email to clarify information, resolve queries, and gather additional documentation as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all verification activities and risk evaluations in the company database.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to streamline the assessment process and improve turnaround times.
- Monitor and report suspicious activities or irregularities to senior management for further investigation.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices for risk management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in sales assessments.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, risk assessment, document verification, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify potential risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or database management systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
