Responsibility
- Lead digital transformation initiatives within Group Operations, driving the adoption of innovative technologies to enhance operational efficiency and resilience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement digital solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Develop and execute strategies to modernize legacy systems, ensuring seamless integration with new digital platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement best practices for digital transformation.
- Partner with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of digital initiatives.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on digital transformation, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects.
- Mentor and coach team members to build digital capabilities and drive adoption of new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or operations management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects, with a focus on process optimization and technology adoption.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, blockchain, and data analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
- Certifications in digital transformation, project management (e.g., PMP, Agile), or relevant technologies are highly desirable.
- Experience working in a global or regional financial institution is a strong advantage.
