Responsibility
- Manage and resolve non-performing loans (NPLs) through effective collection strategies and negotiation techniques.
- Oversee the AYDA (Asset and Debt Administration) process, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with bank policies.
- Conduct thorough analysis of delinquent accounts to determine the best course of action for recovery.
- Collaborate with legal teams and external agencies to facilitate debt recovery processes when necessary.
- Develop and implement recovery plans tailored to individual customer situations while maintaining professional relationships.
- Monitor and report on the progress of collection activities, providing regular updates to management.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to credit recovery and asset management.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit collection, debt recovery, or a similar role within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of credit risk management, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Proficient in using financial software and tools for credit analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining customer confidentiality.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
