Responsibility
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide risk management frameworks tailored to the insurance industry, ensuring alignment with global best practices.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments (operational, financial, strategic, and compliance) and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Act as a business partner to departments, providing expert guidance on risk mitigation strategies and regulatory compliance (e.g., OJK, Solvency II).
- Monitor emerging risks (e.g., cybersecurity, climate change, market volatility) and design proactive response plans.
- Lead risk reporting and dashboards to track KPIs, trends, and incidents, ensuring transparency for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal audit, legal, and finance teams to streamline risk governance processes.
- Train and mentor staff on risk awareness and control measures, fostering a risk-intelligent culture.
- Represent the company in industry forums and regulatory discussions to stay ahead of evolving risk landscapes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields; Masterâs or professional certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM, CERA) are a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proven track record in designing risk frameworks, conducting quantitative/qualitative risk analyses, and reporting to executive teams.
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III, Solvency II, local insurance regulations).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Proficiency in risk management tools (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream) and advanced Excel/Power BI for data visualization.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
