  • Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions while adhering to security protocols.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
  • Resolve client concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
