Responsibility
- Greet and assist clients professionally as they enter the branch, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle customer inquiries, account openings, and basic transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide clear and concise information about financial products, services, and promotions.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions while adhering to company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets and service excellence.
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional local language proficiency is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Business, or related fields is advantageous.
