Responsibility
- Conduct canvassing and field visits to identify and engage potential clients for Sharia-compliant financing products.
- Perform financial assessments and surveys to evaluate client eligibility and financing needs.
- Present and explain Sharia-compliant financing solutions to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to process financing applications and ensure compliance with Sharia banking regulations.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance service offerings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition, financing disbursement, and portfolio growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or sales, preferably in Sharia banking or Islamic finance.
- Strong understanding of Sharia-compliant financing products and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with banking software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local language skills are an advantage.
