Responsibility
- Manage and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms with professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide expert advice on order execution, trading strategies, and market trends to help clients make informed decisions.
- Facilitate seamless transactions by coordinating with internal teams, including trading desks, compliance, and back-office support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service.
- Monitor client portfolios and recommend adjustments based on market conditions and individual risk profiles.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client activity, performance metrics, and market insights.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, local regulations, and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, broking, or client-facing roles within the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, trading mechanisms, and financial instruments (e.g., stocks, bonds, derivatives).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data, interpret market trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Certifications such as CFA, Series 7, or equivalent are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Tech-savvy with experience using trading platforms, CRM systems, and financial software.
