Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic financing acquisition plans to expand BTPN Syariah’s market share in Bali.
- Supervise and mentor Individual Financing Officers (IFOs) to ensure high-performance standards and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate and approve financing applications, including determining plafon (limits) and tenor (repayment periods), in compliance with BWMP regulations.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize financing products.
- Ensure all financing activities adhere to Sharia principles and Bank Indonesia’s regulatory framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Risk, Marketing) to design customer-centric financing solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive advantages in Bali’s financial landscape.
- Prepare and present regular reports on financing performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Sharia Banking (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail/consumer financing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Sharia-compliant banking products and Indonesian financial regulations (e.g., BWMP).
- Proven track record in portfolio management, credit risk assessment, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Certification in Islamic Banking (e.g., CSPP, AAOIFI) is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and travel as needed.
