Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies for Retail Banking and Wealth Management operations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements and standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish and maintain robust control frameworks.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the risk management team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related roles within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to Retail Banking and Wealth Management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex risk scenarios.
