Responsibility
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Bali branch office, ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing high-quality financial and accounting services.
- Oversee financial reporting, auditing, and tax compliance for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a culture of professional development and excellence.
- Collaborate with senior partners to expand the firm's service offerings and client base.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure the branch office adheres to all legal and ethical standards in financial practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Proven track record of business development and client management in the financial services sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
