Responsibility
- Monitor and review digital content to ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Identify and escalate high-risk content that may pose legal, financial, or reputational threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct thorough investigations into flagged content and provide detailed reports.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in content moderation.
- Assist in the development of automated tools and processes to streamline content risk assessment.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on content risk protocols.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align content policies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content monitoring, risk operations, or a related field.
