Responsibility
- Contact debtors via phone, email, or in-person visits to discuss outstanding payments.
- Negotiate and arrange repayment plans that align with company policies and debtor capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and update customer accounts accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to ethical collection practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and ensure timely debt recovery.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to minimize financial losses.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and company procedures related to debt collection.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in debt collection, customer service, or a related financial role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
