Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic acquisition plans to expand the individual financing portfolio in Bali, aligning with Sharia principles and business objectives.
- Supervise and mentor Individual Financing Officers (IFO) to ensure high-performance standards, target achievement, and adherence to ethical lending practices.
- Evaluate and approve financing applications, including determining credit limits (plafon) and repayment tenors, in compliance with BWMP (Banking Without Interest Margin) guidelines.
- Monitor portfolio health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain a low non-performing financing (NPF) ratio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, risk, operations) to streamline financing processes and enhance customer experience.
- Ensure all financing activities comply with OJK regulations, internal policies, and Sharia governance frameworks.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine product propositions and stay ahead in the Islamic finance sector.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Sharia Banking (Masterās degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in financing, credit, or portfolio management.
- Proven expertise in individual financing products (e.g., personal loans, multipurpose financing) within the Islamic banking sector.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and Sharia-compliant lending principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of coaching high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with BWMP regulations and OJK compliance requirements for Indonesian banks.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and banking software (e.g., core banking systems).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
