Responsibility

  • Assist mortgage brokers in processing loan applications, gathering necessary documentation, and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Manage client communications, including inquiries, follow-ups, and updates on loan status, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient loan processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, loan applications, and transaction details in the company’s CRM system.
  • Prepare and review financial documents, such as income statements, credit reports, and property appraisals, to ensure compliance with lending guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of loan proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, lending policies, and market trends to provide informed support to the brokerage team.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing client files.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
