Responsibility
- Revenue Strategy Development: Design and implement pricing models and billing frameworks to maximize revenue growth and profitability.
- Process Optimization: Lead the enhancement of billing and cash pricing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Commercialization: Drive the monetization of billing capabilities, ensuring alignment with market demands and regulatory requirements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with finance, operations, and technology teams to integrate revenue management solutions across the organization.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and financial modeling to identify trends, forecast revenue, and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all pricing and billing practices adhere to internal policies, industry standards, and local/regional regulations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and external partners.
- Innovation & Automation: Spearhead the adoption of automation and digital tools to streamline revenue management processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in revenue management, pricing, or billing within the financial services sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of banking operations, cash management, and revenue recognition principles (IFRS/GAAP).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI), and ERP/billing systems.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, drive change, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with financial regulations in Southeast Asia and global banking compliance standards.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address challenges and optimize revenue streams.
