Responsibility

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of leading and transforming operations, with a focus on performance improvement and risk management.
- Strong understanding of microfinance principles, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
