Responsibility
- Process and verify billing transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage bank payment reconciliations, ensuring timely and error-free execution of financial transactions.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in billing and payment records, collaborating with internal teams to address issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on billing and payment activities for management review and audit purposes.
- Liaise with banks, customers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial operations and resolve payment-related queries.
- Ensure adherence to financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to streamline billing and payment workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial services to ensure compliance and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, bank payments, or financial operations, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, reconciliation, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and financial software systems; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and transactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong time management and organizational skills.
