Responsibility
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Lead the development and execution of financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to drive business growth and profitability.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify key trends, and provide data-driven insights to optimize business performance.
- Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating financial data into actionable strategies for operational and commercial teams.
- Process Improvement: Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting, automation, and efficiency across the organization.
- Risk & Opportunity Assessment: Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, recommending mitigation strategies and growth levers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional teams to align financial goals with business objectives and ensure consistency in reporting standards.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership and board-level discussions.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop finance talent, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and strategic thinking.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in FP&A, financial business partnering, or corporate finance, with at least 3 years in a regional or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). ERP system experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in financial services, fintech, or digital lending is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence decision-making at senior levels.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a bias for action and results.
