Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive business growth in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales management or leadership role within the financial services or insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
