Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive business growth in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and emerging markets.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales management or leadership role within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed to support business objectives.
