Responsibility
- Manage and optimize the company's liquidity, ensuring sufficient funds for operational and strategic needs.
- Negotiate and secure financing arrangements with banks and financial institutions.
- Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to enhance financial efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze financial markets to identify opportunities for investment and risk management.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, banking, or financial management.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
